Our online community is not for everyone. If you prefer a personalized (and more private) approach to finding your perfect board fit, then our customized board matching experience is designed to connect you with nonprofit boards that align with your passion, skills, and goals. When you choose our tailored service, here’s what you can expect.
Step 1: Discovery Session
We will meet in person or virtually to better understand your skills and talents as well as your interest areas to align you with your right-fit nonprofit mission.
Step 2: Targeted Matching
Leveraging our nonprofit partnerships, we identify two to three nonprofits that we believe are a right fit for your consideration. We pre-vet each organization looking for mission alignment and organizational effectiveness as well as a comprehensive understanding of board member expectations.
Step 3: Introductions
We will facilitate introductions between the organization and you and even be present for the meetings.
Step 4: Guidance & Support
We can provide ongoing support as needed when questions arise concerning Board governance best practices. We can provide the needed resources to help you and the entire Board, whether through tailored training or knowledge regarding Board practices.
